When is the show?

Thursday, September 21ˢᵗ in New York City.

Who can submit and idea for The Hot List™?

Anyone with a HOT idea that would enhance live events.

How do I submit?

Submit here.

What is the cost to submit my idea?

A $250 submission fee is due with each unique idea. A company may submit multiple ideas for consideration, each submitted separately.

Is the entertainment act required to perform live to make the list?

Yes. Each entertainment act is required to perform live at The Hot List™ on Thursday, September 21ˢᵗ, 2023.

Are product ideas required to be present at The Hot List™?

The product must be present, but a representative from the company is not required to attend. If your product is featured on The Hot List™, you do not need to present. However, it will be very beneficial for the success of your product to meet with event professionals to discuss your product.

Can I hand out samples of my product at The Hot List™?

Yes, it is highly encouraged to provide samples for attendees. You are responsible for placing product on the seats before the show and you must pay for any shipping cost associated any product.

What do I need to submit?

Each act is required to submit a detailed description of the idea, high resolution photos and video, and technical rider if applicable. 

When is the submission deadline?

Monday, August 15, 2023.

How will I find out if my act has been accepted to The Hot List™?

You will receive an email or phone call notifying you of your acceptance to The Hot List™.

When can I post on social media if my idea has been accepted?

If your idea is accepted to The Hot List™, please don’t post on social media until after the live show. It’s Top Secret!

Do I need pay for travel?

Yes. Each act is financially responsible for any travel, hotel, transportation cost that is accrued for The Hot List™.

Will Cerbelli Creative reimburse for me for any cost associated with The Hot List™?

No. Cerbelli Creative will not reimburse for any cost including shipping, production, labor, backline, or gear required to perform at live show. The Hot List™.

Do I need to provide my own backline?

Yes. Each act is responsible for arranging and providing for backline or any additional gear.
